"Nadia Baig" a 23-year-old girl from the frontier district of Kupwara in Kashmir is an Economics (Honours) graduate from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. She has cracked the (UPSC 2020) Union Public Services exam. Today she achieved 350th rank in UPSC result and obviously she'll be a part of administrative services after her training. Now, if you look at her Twitter account (which she has now deleted), you will get to know a lot about her anti-national mindset. Her Twitter profile is full of anti-national Tweets and activities.
All her tweets are related to anti- national thoughts. While in some of her tweets she's supporting Pakistani Asif Gafoor, Imran Khan, in other tweets, she can be seen talking about free Kashmir. In one of her tweets she even called PM Modi as the "Killer Of Democracy." In one other tweet, Nadia called the abrogation of Article 370 as India's unauthorized occupation of Kashmir.
Keep aside the IAS position and think what if she gets selected for Indian Foreign Services, IFS? Even a single wrong step from her can destroy India's foreign relations with any country. And considering her Tweets and Pro-Pakistani ideology, can we really expect her to work in an unbiased way while already having a soft corner for Pakistan? Or what if she gets a chance to join India Revenue Services, IRS, what is the guarantee that the hard-earned money of India will not go to ISIS?
It wouldn't be wrong to say that the selection of such a person in the administrative services is clearly a "Threat to the Nation". People with such terrorist mindset should not be allowed to take admission in colleges/Universities or to appear in any Government exams because they only spread their anti-national agendas in the name of education. PMO INDIA and UPSC should think about it and debunk the selection.
